.925 STERLING SILVER

WHAT IT IS
Sterling silver is the most commonly used silver alloy for jewelry. It's a quality metal that contains 92,5% silver and 7,5% other metals for durability. With proper care, sterling silver will last a lifetime.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Oxygen and sulfur will oxidize any sterling silver over time. To prevent it, store unworn jewelry inside the polishing cloth provided with your order in a low humidity airtight space. Keep away from household chemicals, perspiration, lotions and perfumes. Unworn jewelry is more likely to tarnish so wear it often! A light and frequent polishing should also be enough to avoid tarnish over time. However, your local jeweler should also be able to clean built up oxides quite easily. A profesionnal cleaning is usually recommended every year or so.
