PAYMENT
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and local taxes will be added during checkout if applicable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Canada only)
Shipping is free for all domestic orders. Your package will be tracked from our Montreal-based studio to your home. Shipping will take up to 7 business days depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all international orders and comes without tracking or insurances. Shipping will take up to 21 business days depending on your location. Insurance and tracking information is available upon request at an additional charge. Please get in touch before placing your order to get a quote. Note that Free Series can't be held responsible for extra charges or shipping time due to import duties or custom inspections.

*Please note that we do not offer free shipping to Brazil, Russia or Mexico at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. For a quote on registered mail for theses areas, please contact us.

DELIVERY
Please make sure to verify the delivery address before placing your order. We make sure packages are well secured so that the goods you receive are undamaged. However, if you are not satisfied with the condition in which items arrive, please let us know and we'll be happy to help!

RETURN POLICY
You can send back unworn and unused pieces if you're not satisfied with your purchase. We'll refund the full price of the item. However, please note that shipping fees both ways must be covered by the customer. Should you wish to return your purchase, you can do so within 60 days of the shipping date. Please email us prior to sending anything back so we can properly set up and organize your return and refund.We're not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent our way so we highly recommend that you track and insure the parcels you ship. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned items.
